Everything But Cheese; Every Cheese Lover's Paradise.


I'm a big fan of cheese. One of my mottos is almost every food tastes better with cheese, and with this place I discovered a long time ago, I know that everything will taste better! Just a little background, my best friend and I have been to their first branch in Sta. Ana a few years back. The place is small but is already packed with customers and orders. We love the fact that their menu is oozing with choices of food that are perfect with cheese, and their prices at that time are really affordable! I remember ordering a few dishes all under 500 pesos and I still got to take home a lot since we couldn't finish it all.

Fast forward today, it took me a long time before I get to visit the newer and fancier EBC. This one's in SM Manila and I love that their place here is fairly spacious and their menu got more and got better, too!



My friends and I came from Intramuros at that time and we decided to relax a little to pass the rush hour and we decided to stay here. We ordered their famous fondue - 3 Cheese Fondue. The cheese in this fondue is made up of cheddar cheese, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. 


This fondue has french fries, onion rings, chicken teriyaki, and nachos to deep into the cheese sauce. They have plastic gloves so you can dip and eat using your hand because it's easier than using a fork or spoon. This is a big size and we got this for 590 pesos. Their mini size is priced at 290 pesos.


I mean, look at the cheese! It's quite a lot for the dips. I took the fondue home since we couldn't finish it. I love that the cheese is creamy and of the right thickness. It isn't salty, too, which is why we enjoyed it a lot.

They also have other fondues available - White Cheese Fondue and Spicy Pimiento Fondue.

They also have cheesy deal meals which can save you a lot if you are ordering for your fam or friends!


I will definitely come back and try more dishes on their menu.
