If you are interested in knowing more, read on as we share these anti-aging facial exercises you can do at the comfort of your home.

1.     Forehead Smoother

This is a process that will target your forehead muscles to reduce wrinkles and to relax its muscle. Make a fist with both of your hands, then place your middle and index finger’s knuckles in the center of your forehead and apply pressure. Slide your hands in both sides of your forehead slowly. Make sure to maintain the pressure. You can repeat it for 4-5 times every day for better results.

2.      Neck Lift

This face exercise will help in getting rid of double chin and jowls and will help in tightening the neck. You just have to pucker your lips on one side until you can feel the stretch in your neck. Then let your head up to 45 degrees angle. Do it on the other side as well. Hold for ten seconds each side. You can do it for 5 to 6 times a day.

3.     Firm Cheeks

This might be one of the easiest to do. This will result in firm and toned cheeks. All you have to do is to take a deep breath and puff your breath from cheek to cheek then hold it off for 5 seconds. Release and repeat it 4 times every day.

The V

This exercise is for drooping eyelids, eye bags and puffiness. This is called THE V because you have to use your middle fingers and index fingers in V form. Press your middle fingers together at the inner corner of the eyebrows; then with the index fingers on other side. Gently apply pressure to the outer corners of the eyebrows. Look up then raise your lower eyelids upward then relax for five seconds. Repeat 6 times then end it with squeezing your eyes shut for 10 seconds.
