Market since 1990 where she sells meat products, he decided to learn his
mother’s recipe for making Tocino, Longganisa, and Embutido. He planned in
branding it and put it up in the market for a few years back, and he did so
by April 2020. After a month, he was able to register the business in DTI.
To give variety to the customers, he decided to learn other
recipes and added more products to the first selection. Paolo conceptualized everything
about the brand himself. Merlita’s is now ready to cater to everyone who loves
home-made frozen goods to share with their families.'
